A substantial number of textbooks are needed to undertake any good-quality theological course. This puts great hardship on distance students because the majority of them do not have access to any good theological library. What is more, the majority of ISDET students tend to live in countries where Christian libraries might be non-existent.
ISDET solves the problem by offering, free of cost, all textbooks that students need. We have gone to great lengths to source textbooks and substantial manuscripts produced by numerous Christian writers, and even relevant secular textbooks. These have been classified, numbered, and arranged according to the programs that students take up with ISDET.
Once your admission is approved, ISDET will send you detailed instruction about the textbooks related to your program of study and also how to download them from our websites.
Each program from PGDA up to DrApol is made up of 30 to 50 course-modules. There will be anywhere between one to twenty files that make up the ‘textbook’ for each module. (Each module would be worth 1 to 3 credit hours).
Once you download the full set of text material, link for which is sent to every student at the start itself of their study, you do not have to buy anything from outside. All what you will need is to use the internet for supplementing your studies.
